As part of a continued exploration into thoughtful everyday design, we created a hallway wardrobe that brings both structure and calm to the threshold of the home. Crafted entirely from solid spruce, the piece introduces warmth and natural character into an often-overlooked space.

The design integrates a built-in bench, encouraging pause and ritual in the act of arriving or leaving. Beneath it, a hidden hatch offers generous space for shoe storage—concealed yet easily accessible. A separate compartment, discreetly built into the lower section, provides a designated home for the vacuum cleaner, acknowledging the quiet importance of storage that truly works.

With clean lines and a restrained material palette, the wardrobe is as much about utility as it is about atmosphere—offering clarity, order, and a tactile connection to the rhythms of daily life.
